Basic and Detail engineering for the block-modular gas compressor station MKU "Garbi" which is located at the namesake Garbi field, which is part of the Gazli Oil and Gas Production Department (Gazli NGDU) of JSC "Uzbekneftegaz" in the Bukhara Region of Uzbekistan.

Engineering support.
Our team developed comprehensive project documentation for both basic and detailed engineering phases, creating a 3D BIM model. This enabled the construction of the compressor station while minimizing interferences between utility networks, including process pipelines, cable trays, and structural elements.
Key challenge.
Extremely tight project schedule: only 6 months for completion, including LLI Equipment (motor-driven reciprocating compressors with auxiliary systems). Simultaneous design and fabrication were required. High installation readiness was achieved through deep metallization of a 3D parametric BIM model (Level 3) developed in SmartPlant software using the Digital Twin concept.
Site conditions.
The project site featured challenging conditions: seismic zone, flood-prone area, and saline soils. Process piping and equipment operated under sour gas service.
