Mining IndustryThe Brownfield project, located in the western fjords of Norway, is among the most climate-effective in the world. The expansion enabled nearly a doubling of zinc production while simultaneously reducing carbon dioxide intensity by 15 percent.

Engineering support.
Engineering activities were carried out in continuous communication with construction contractors and design supervision teams. This close coordination enabled rapid responses to emerging challenges and tasks, often in an almost real-time (online) working regime.
Key challenge.
Our team was engaged at short notice to design piperacks and secondary supports, partially due to the inability of the previous engineering contractor to complete the scope. Despite the tight timeline, the team successfully resolved the remaining issues and accelerated the start-up date of the facility's operation.
